    I have had the pleasure of working with Hawke and I am consistently impressed by his professionalism, dedication, and expertise.

    As CTO, Hawke is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including software development, system administration, and security. Brian was actually in a different department at MightyWords (I was CTO), working under the VP, when I asked for him to be transferred to my department to become head of R&D. He excelled as our "idea guy", our "IBM Think Tank", and our prototype creator. He was absolutely excellent at coming up with very creative solutions and  proposals very quickly, whatever the challenge thrown at him. He was a critical person for our department.

Hawke is largely responsible for the developer I am today. While at MightyWords, he sort of took me under his wing and gave me the room to expand my knowledge and make a massive impact on the technical operations of the company while providing opportunity after opportunity to let me learn, grow and put my new-found knowledge to work. His knowledge is amazingly broad and deep and he is able to see the big picture for any project and get the right people in the right places at the right time to make it all come together. I worked with Phillip Hillian as initially as a co-worker at Information Technology International. Then later I employed him as my Data Director at MightyWords. And later still he helped me get the contract at Devon Energy for the Performance & Security Audit. We have been in contact over the years from time to time, and worked on various projects together.
