Property grounds and maintenance manager with crew of six maintenance staff.
Managed contractors for paint, plumbing, electrical, construction etc.
Over 350 units at Starcrest, over 120 units at Villa Franche, over 40 Units at Millcreek Meadow.
Supported and administered the company PCs and software running Windows and DOS and custom accounting and property management software.
Wrote and updated accounting and property management software in BASIC/QBASIC that replaced the previous commercially purchased software.
